I called and the lady told me that they were not allowed to assist me in finding out where my card was to basically wait and call back and stay on the phone for 5 more freaking hours just to find out in two days after it says online that they are able to assist you in tracking your EBT card which is obviously not true or either they lied to me I wasted my time and they’re not doing their job
