I keep trying to click on to my Access Florida the new portal I’m already got my signed in and email address and password but it won’t let me get anywhere on this site it’s got a 🙁 it’s a system overloaded or what I’m trying to get an answer your questions and fill out because I got so many emails from you and I just couldn’t get on line couldn’t remember my password or anything it wouldn’t let me go nowhere you don’t need to fix the problem thank you Patricia curlee

  56. I have tried several several times only into my account!! I cannot do it!! It’s not accepting my email, my password. I requested to change password and tried 10 times and link to do so was never sent to my email!! I am do for a review before the 15 and really need help. Everything is different and impossible to navigate.

  57. I just found out yesterday that I no longer have medicaid. I don’t understand why.My income is $1286.00 monthly, my rent is $902.00 monthly. I pay my own bills/ i was recently hospitalized. I do not have money to pay these bills. My EBT benefits where also reduced. Please help me……Thank You

  61. I have been trying to renew my account. Have been unable to obtain access to it. I tried to change the password. The system will send pass code to my email address but will not recognize my email address when entered. Tried it numerous times. Did not work any of times. Will I need to start over since I cannot gain access to my account. Or can you help my get into my account. I would appreciate help with this. Thank you

  65. I received a letter in the mail yesterday about DEO,stating that I failed to complete work activities orientation. I didn’t act on it for several reasons. I will be 55 years old in June of 2024, also I have a pending disability case as I am physically unable to work and I do not have transportation available. I am unable to work due to a motorcycle accident that left me disabled.
